Description
Government funding for schools fails to include many of the “extras" that help our youth learn in the best way possible, thus facilitating success. These include, but are not limited to, playgrounds, gym/music equipment, classroom resources such as books and learning tools, and electronics such as computers and Smartboards. Fundraising is critical to ensuring school children to have access to these tools. This Silent Auction Pub Night is geared towards raising funds to help build a playground for the new K-4 school in New Brighton as well as to help provide funds for some of the other student needs.
This night out is a great opportunity for parents to take a break, help out a good cause and meet other new parents of students who will be attending the elementary school, as well as other community members, all while enjoying some tasty appetizers, a drink or two and some great prizes/auction items. This event is NOT limited to New Brighton residents so tell your friends and family and make it a group affair!
Your ticket will get you access to the silent auction, the appetizer buffet and a drink (wine, domestic beer, high ball or fountain drink). Buy your tickets early to save! Tickets will be available at the door for $25.
Items up for grabs include but are not limited to $400 Inglewood Golf package, $440 Aussie Rules Party Package, $1500 car detail package, gift cards, baskets, tickets to various events and locations across the city, sports items and more!
Although our particular event ends at 10pm, there will be live music at the venue provided by Wildflower so feel free to make a night of it and spend the rest of the evening dancing the night away! Check them out at the link below!
